Conferences
Every year, PNW-SETAC holds a regional conference in mid-April. Locations vary throughout the region, but are usually in WA or OR, occasionally in BC. Conferences typically include a special session and/or short course on Thursday afternoon, followed by a full day of sessions on Friday and a half-day of sessions on Saturday. We also have fun social events and a regional chapter meeting. For example past programs and photos, please click on the links to the left.

~ Individual and Corporate Donations ~
Individual and corporate donations are an essential and highly appreciated part of our conference each year, as they cover amenities we would not otherwise be able to provide our attendees. Please feel free to indicate what you would like your donation to be used for: unrestricted, student travel, student presentation awards, or catering breaks, receptions, or meals.
Sustaining and corporate memberships are special categories of membership available to individuals who donate $1500 for a lifetime membership and corporations who donate $1000 in a year. Each of these memberships entitles you to free attendance at our conferences, tickets to the banquets, and recognition on our website. To join one of these membership classes, you may either donate the requisite amount below, or visit the Members page to pay the membership fee.

~ Presentation FileSharing ~
In our continuing quest to bring new technologies to the Chapter, we will for the first time at the 2012 conference be providing the opportunity to post and share poster and platform presentations to other conference attendees. Presenters will be able to upload their presentations to a file-sharing site, and registrants will be given the password to view and download the presentations. Presenters will have the option of whether to post their materials, depending on the public availability or sensitivity of the information.
